Pinsky on Poetry.

Here are some thoughts from Don on the poetry event he attended last weekend…

Hartford Library Sat Nov. 5 with Robert Pinsky reading Wallace Stevens. He read “The house was quiet…”, “The man whose pharynx was bad”, “Madame La Fleurie” and ” The Snow Man”. Pinsky on poetry: “Poetry that sounds great gives you an appetite to think about, analyze and understand the poem.”
